New Rank - Testing

This could be an rpg rank. They have a lockpick, can be hired to steal (Or just steal within a time of an hour-30 mins) from other players. One cheat per steal, and kit is leather armor with a wooden sword.

I've just though of another possible candidate for this rank.

I don't approve

There should be a Thief rank. You can only get it if you steal stuff, so no application required. A Thief can't build or destroy any kind of block whatsoever and all the things he says are replaced with "*Sobbing*"

I can nominate quite a few people who are applicable to that rank.
